• Accidental damage

HOW TO CLAIM
1. Contact us immediately if you experience any issues
2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the problem
3. Include clear photos/videos of the issue
4. Our team will assess and respond within 24 hours
5. If approved, you'll receive return instructions

• Warranty begins from the date of delivery
• Proof of purchase required for all claims

• Return shipping for warranty claims is covered by the customer, but can be reimbursed into store credit.

• Avoid extreme temperatures
• Clean regularly with a soft cloth
• Avoid magnetic fields
• Do not us a watch winder as these are replica watches and can have small defects and when on a watch winder it will unnecessarily wear the movement
