Cancellation policy
Cancellation, Pre-Order & Special Order Policy
Some items on our website may be offered as in-stock products, sourced orders (pre-orders), or special-order watches. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds work for each type.
In-Stock Orders
In-stock watches are items that are physically available and ready to ship.
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the watch has not yet been processed or packed.
• Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Returns & Warranty Policy.
Sourced Orders (Pre-Orders)
A sourced order (sometimes called a pre-order) is when a watch is not currently in stock and is ordered specifically for you from our supplier.
These orders require full payment upfront before sourcing begins.
Once a sourced order is placed:
• The order is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled
• This is because the watch is ordered specifically for you and cannot be returned to the supplier
• We will provide QC photos and videos before shipping to ensure you are happy before the watch is dispatched
If there is a fault or issue after delivery, the order is covered under the relevant warranty for that grade of watch.
Try-Before-You-Buy
We do not offer try-before-you-buy, home trials, or temporary possession of watches.
All orders are considered final purchases once shipped and are covered only by the applicable warranty and returns policy.
Subscription Products
Tommy’s Timepieces does not operate any subscription-based products.
All purchases are one-time transactions for physical watches or accessories.
Payment & Charging
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
For sourced watches, payment is required before the watch is ordered from the factory.
